2. Guarantee for reservation
   
   1. Payment of one room night as deposit must be made through cash, telegraphic transfer or check within three days after the reservation is made.
   2. Please fax a copy of transfer voucher to our Guest Service Center （FAX：8620—83288198）,（indicating guest name, check-in date, branch hotel name, paying date, account number of paying bank and payment amount, etc.)
   3. All reservations will be finally confirmed upon payment receiving of first room night.

3. Promotional activities in all chained hotels of Guangzhou area will be suspended during the Fair. Member scores accumulated will follow the regular rules for normal time. Prizes exchanged for room night and hotel service will be suspended.
4. Reservation without deposit will be reserved only till 6:00pm of the check-in date according to international practice.
