03.How many types of membership cards of Garden inn? |
Silver card, gold card and company card. |
04.Can membership be obtained as soon as the completion of filling information? |
Membership is obtained when the membership card is released. |
05.Can more than 2 membership cards be applied for? |
It is regret to announce that only one membership card can be applied by one person. If the original membership card is missing, one can get a new card over the reception of hotel with 10 yuan per card. |
06. Can a special card number be chosen when applying? |
It is regret to announce that all membership cards are pre-made and distributed by customer center by orders. Card numbers with taboo numbers won’t be distributed. |
07.Can contact address and postal code not be filled? |
It is regret to announce that membership card and promotion information, which may come later, will send to your appointed address. If they are not filled or incorrectly filled, membership card and promotion information can’t be received. Please inform customer center or update on line in case your contact address has to be changed. |
08.Can cell phone number not be filled? |
The customer center will contact you to confirm the correctness of your information via cell phone; please inform customer center in time in case your cell phone number has to be changed. |
09.Can identity card number not be filled? |
(customer not from mainland China can fill with passport number), ID card number is the only identifying code for individual, and also a legal identity proof has to be submitted when check-in. |
10.Can I be entitled to get accumulated scores if I have submitted membership application form and receive confirmation by customer center of Garden inn? |
It is regret to announce that accumulated scores can be entitled to members with their own membership cards and same ID card number as the membership information, or else no accumulated scores can be obtained. Members can be entitled to check-in with membership room rate if they conduct reservation with membership card number which is confirmed and informed the members. |
11.Is there a valid date for the membership card? |
There is not a valid date for the membership card for now, and related announcement will be made if we want to update. |
12.What is the difference between gold card member and silver card member? |
Gold card member can get a more favorable discount than silver card member?
1.Gold card member is entitled 40 yuan lower than Market Price；
Silver card member is entitled 30 yuan lower than Market Price.
2.Accumulated scores for gold card member is 1.5 times of actual expenditure；
Accumulated scores for silver card member is 1 time of actual expenditure.

13.What special profits can be obtained with accumulated scores? |
|
With 2000 accumulated scores, the member is entitled to stay one night in single room with king-size bed for free; with 2500 accumulated scores, a gold card of Ling nan Garden inn can be exchanged. Besides, accumulated scores can be exchanged with presents. |
